1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Cosmy subscriptions. Cosmy is a software-as-a-service platform operated by Laizy S.r.l. ("Laizy", "we", "us"). All Cosmy plans are fully self-serve digital subscriptions; no human-delivered services are included.
Payments for Cosmy are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), who acts as our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. This means your order, invoice, and any refund are handled by Paddle. All purchases are subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy, which govern refunds for your purchase.
2. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy:
You may request a refund within 14 days of your transaction date. Refund requests are reviewed by Paddle on a case-by-case basis.
If you are a consumer, you may benefit from statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights under the laws of your country of residence (for example, a 14-day withdrawal right in the EU/EEA, Switzerland, and the UK). These rights always apply as described in Paddle's Refund Policy, and nothing in this page limits them.
If a technical fault or material defect prevents you from accessing the Platform as described, contact us first so we can resolve it; if we cannot, Paddle will issue a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via the "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle confirmation email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you will not be charged again, and you keep access to paid features until the period you have already paid for ends.
4. How to request a refund
You can request a refund in any of the following ways:
via the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle confirmation email;
via Paddle's buyer support portal at paddle.net;
by emailing us at billing@cosmy.ai — we will assist you and coordinate with Paddle.
Please include the email address used at checkout and, if available, your invoice or transaction number.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear on your statement
6. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at billing@cosmy.ai or Paddle at paddle.net before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider — this usually leads to a faster resolution. Chargebacks are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your transaction governs that transaction. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform.
